About a year ago we began using the newsletter to not only spread the word about our company, but even more importantly to be in the forefront of our Satisfied Homeowners (clients) memory. We wanted a gentle reminder so they would call us before they see a guy down the street doing a new entrance way down and ask him to give them an estimate. Now they refer to our newsletter and remember to call us.

I gladly give out gift cards, which further cement our relationships, for the answer to the trivia question. As for the new clients we have gotten through the newsletter, I am so happy to mail out a "thank you" gift card to the referring customer because I know the word is spreading about us.
